inTouch Broadcast has a zero tolerance spam policy.  User accounts will be terminated immediately if they send unsolicited mass email messages.  Spam is unsolicited mass email to people with whom you do not have a business relationship or have not opt-in to your mailing list.

For inTouch Broadcast accounts, abusive usage Includes:

• Sending email to people who have not specifically requested information from you.
• You may not use email lists that are purchased, rented, leased, or in any way bought from a third party.
• Harvesting emails from web sites for list use.
• Have a subscription form that subscribes users to an unrelated list
• Send out unrelated offers or unrelated content to your newsletter list
• Add an email address into a list without the subscriber's permission
• Email someone who has requested to be removed from your list
• Batching or in any way trying to script the addition of new subscribers to the web form subscribe methods.
• Sending unsolicited email thru third parties that then references an account here either in the email or on a landing page of a website.
• Newsgroup or discussion forum postings to off topic newsgroups that prohibit those types of posts.

For inTouch Broadcast accounts, you can:

• send out a regular newsletter to a recipient who has opted-in to receive it
• send out information and content to recipients who have requested to receive content on that topic from your organization

If you are receiving emails you do not wish to receive, please first unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.  If you continue to receive email from a particular sender and suspect abuse, please report them to abuse@intouchbroadcast.com.  Please forward the complete email in question, including full headers so we can verify the claim.
