			<description><![CDATA[When you're starting out in email marketing, typically you'll have a list of potential subscribers.  According to the compliance levels being set forth by the ISP's and the Email Reputation houses, we need to be sure we opt-in subscribers.  For lists, opt-in with verification is the acceptable form of subscription.<br/><br/>To do this, we import the lists and explain to subscribers explicitly what they will be receiving while asking for their consent via a link click.  It's that simple but it's an important part of improving ROI, demonstrating brand integrity, and assuring high email delivery rates to the Inbox.<br/><br/>Consent is one of the most important ingredients of a successful email campaign.  In addition, the various bodies and institutions who are implementing privacy legislation as well as email compliance policy want us to acquire open and explicit consent.<br/>]]></description>
